Three good reasons to visit Tanzania: The Ngorongoro Crater, The Serengeti and Mount Kilimanjaro. Add on Zanzibar and you have a nice mix of wilderness, mountains, ocean and beaches. Let’s not forget Mahale National Park and the chimpanzees however, or Selous and Katavi Game reserves, both huge reserves with unsurpassed unspoilt wilderness. Or the flamingos that make Lake Manyara seem pink.
It is very beautiful as it stretches out between the beaches of the Indian Ocean in the east to dry and impoverished Turkana in the west-north west. Kenya has a lot to offer: a varied landscape, a rich and fascinating culture, friendly people and fabulous wilderness areas. Of these, the Masai Mara Game Reserve will be known to most; however both Amoboseli and Tsavo National Parks can offer unforgettable safari- and wilderness experiences. Mount Kenya is for those who would like even more.
